She follows up regularly to make sure I'm on track, which is super helpful if you're like me and get busy and forget things. She's great about giving corrections and advice without feeling like she's lecturing you haha. I've worked with her both in person and virtually and she is great on both platforms. I also love that she's very much about the big picture when it comes to health. She emphasizes fitness and nutrition but also makes sure to include mental health and functional lifestyle in her teachings/classes.
