As a former professional ballet dancer with six years of experience performing with the Pennsylvania Ballet, I have witnessed firsthand the dedication and effort required to achieve peak physical fitness. Throughout my dance career, I actively engaged in cross-training, which allowed me to maintain my performance at the highest level.
This experience has fueled a passion for helping others, regardless of their background, to access the knowledge and tools necessary to feel their absolute best. My extensive background in both dance and fitness includes teaching ballet and conditioning at The Rock School, serving as the Head Coach at a fitness club for two years, and obtaining certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC).
